WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH – FRIED CHICKEN BISCUIT
WE ARE MAKING THEM UNTIL WE RUN OUT!!
We start with Springer Mountain chicken topped with Emily G’s roasted red pepper jelly, sandwiched between our house made buttermilk biscuit (we make the buttermilk that is used in the recipe!!). Served with house made pickles.
Springer Mountain Farms: A family farm located in northeast Georgia. They pride themselves on raising healthier chickens through using all natural feed and superior living conditions for the chickens.
Emily G’s: An Atlanta born business began by selling her jams at local farmer markets in 2008. Recently she has won a sofi Silver Finalist award for her Three Pepper Relish. She currently sells 18 jam flavors as well as sauces and relish.
