March 14th – Fried Chicken Dinner Menu


Starter Course: Beet salad ~ Nature Crisp Farm Beets, Asher Blue Cheese and Pickled Oranges


Cheese Course: Farmstead Ricotta, Thyme, Roasted Grapes and Sourwood Honey from Split Cedar Farm


Sides: Bouchard Farms Turnips Au-gratin and Kale Slaw


Dessert: Death by Chocolate ~ Chocolate Tart, Orange Grastrique and Meringue


Springer Mountain Farms: A family farm located in northeast Georgia. They pride themselves on raising healthier chickens through using all natural feed and superior living conditions for the chickens.

Southern Swiss Dairy:  Frank family farm located in Waynesboro, GA. Their milk is produced from happy quality cows to ensure best quality milk and cheese. The milk is free from artificial growth hormones, and is pasteurized to a minimum of 140 degrees.

Nature Crisp Farm: A local farmer located in Soperton, GA. All produce is free from artificial colors/flavors, pesticides, preservatives and GMO free.

TaylOrganics Farm (Split Cedar Farm): A family-owned and operated, certified organic farm, just southeast of the Atlanta perimeter.

The Veggie Patch at Bouchard Farms: They are a certified naturally grown and certified organic farm located in Commerce, GA. Their mission is to “provide locally grown, vine-ripened produce for healthy living.”
