Opening a new restaurant displays a willingness to take risks as well as oodles of planning, hard work and determination. Today marks the One Year Anniversary of Chef Suzanne Vizethann’s opening of Buttermilk Kitchen. Chef Suzanne built her concept on living locally and eating locally.
